There is never a fee or a commission when we help you. Our CAC's (Certified Application Councilors) can access what a health insurance plan might cost you within a few minutes through an in-line calculator tool.
Open enrollment begins on November 1st, 2019 and continues through December 15th, 2019. Certain qualifying life events open up Special Enrollment Periods. year-round.
At times, the Marketplace requires more information to determine eligibility for the advanced premium tax credit. We will upload the information and follow-up to ensure the documents are sufficient to maintain your financial assistance.
An exemption may be required in order to qualify for a Catastrophic Plan. Our team will prepare hardship exemptions for people seeking a refund of tax penalties.
During open enrollment, we will help you keep or switch to an insurance plan that is best for you. In certain circumstances, you may be able to switch plans during the year and we are here to help make the switch simple and easy for you.
Our staff will help with appeals to the Marketplace if you lose your tax credit or if you don't agree with a Marketplace eligibility decision.
TRANSITION TO MEDICARE
We assist consumers who are aging into Medicare to terminate their Marketplace coverage and refer them to the Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) specialists.

We help consumers ensure their doctors are in-network for the play they chose and assist the uninsured with referrals to free clinics.
